We're careful about who we collaborate with, always lead with honesty and try to elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience wherever we can. Embedded project to scale the People, Legal & Finance team across Europe & US
I had the pleasure of working with Mark and his team for a 3 months project at Personio to ramp up our hiring across People org and also critical roles in Finance and Legal. Our initial agreement was 8 hires over 3 months, but Re:work has successfully delivered 17 hires. But numbers are not all. They have dazzled our hiring managers with stellar intake meetings, great candidate experience, and true partnerships with everyone involved in the hiring process. Their diligence in getting back to candidates, keeping HMs in the loop and driving meaningful conversations where we needed to align on certain topics was impeccable.

They've supported us with some critical hiring in New York, where we couldn't advertise the role nor have capabilities in-house to facilitate the hiring. They dealt, at times, with quite a lot of ambiguity due to us setting up the processes while also hiring for necessary roles.
